  • How long will your ring take

    All our rings are handmade in the United Kingdom. We are currently averaging 1-2 business week of production time for a custom ring. This timeline is an estimate only and can be advanced or delayed by a variety of factors, including but not limited to material delays or shortages, or availability.

    If you have a pressing occasion, please contact us and we’ll do everything we can to get your ring to you in time.

  • Delivery

    We use a variety of shipping handlers, from Royal Mail to couriers, once your order is ready for shipping we will advise you of the sender and provide tracking details as long as we have all relevant contact details (e-mail address/mobile phone number).
