How To Care For Your Ring

Our Rings use some of the most durable materials, that are not only waterproof, yet majority are hypoallergenic too. They are extremely suited for every day wear. Each Ring is made from a solid metal (or ceramic) ring blank with an inlay channel, these are not only durable yet can last a lifetime if properly cared for. Our Tungsten-Carbide and Black Ceramic bands rank very high on the Mohs scale of hardness, making them scratch-resistant. 

The inlay channels of our Rings are filled with exotic materials, colour pigments and glow powder (if chosen). All of this is sealed with a high-grade cyanoacrylate (CA) adhesive. The CA adhesive is meant to protect the inlay for a lifetime.

Below are a few tips specific to Ring care:

• Our Rings can be cleaned with mild soap and a soft brush/cloth.
• Avoid any extremely hot temperatures that could potentially corrode the inlay.
• Avoid any harmful acidic chemicals (acetone) that could potentially corrode the inlay.
• If you notice the metal band of your ring dull over time, you can apply a jewellery polishing wipe to your ring.
• For Glow rings, in order to get a strong and long-lasting glow, we do recommend you use a high-powered UV flashlight or a UV key-chain light. Natural sunlight will also charge the ring, but you will see a much more noticeable glow if you shine a UV light on your ring.

• The brightness and longevity of the glow will also depend on these factors:

  • Glow Colour: Green and Blue are the brightest colour options whereas Orange and Red is the dimmest option.
  • Daytime Colour: Darker daytime colours will dilute the brightness of the glow.
